REFUND & CANCELLATION

• Once purchased, digital products (such as e-books, courses, or downloadable materials) cannot be canceled or refunded as they are instantly accessible.

For Consulting & Coaching Services

• If you wish to cancel a one-on-one consultation or coaching session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.

For Webinars & Live Training Sessions

• Registrations for live training sessions and webinars are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may request access to the recorded session (if available).

• If the event is canceled or postponed by us, you will be eligible for a full refund or an alternative session.

2. Refund Policy For Digital Products

• All digital products, including e-books, courses, and training materials, are non-refundable due to their downloadable and consumable nature.

For Consulting & Coaching Services

• If you are not satisfied with our first session, you may request a partial refund within 24 hours of the session’s completion. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• No refunds will be issued after subsequent coaching sessions.

For Subscription-Based Services

• If you have subscribed to a membership or financial planning program, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are not provided for partial usage of the service period.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

• In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors, we will process a 100% refund within 5-7 business days.

• If you are unable to attend a paid event due to a medical emergency, you may request a refund or reschedule by providing valid proof.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

• If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact your bank or payment provider.
